We are now halfway through our holiday here and I just wanted to say that we absolutely love it!
We have been going abroad twice a a year for ten years now since we retired. We have been to Mijas, Nerja, The Algarve, Lanzarote, Tenerife, South of France, and all over Italy but never have we found a villa which is as quiet, peaceful, private and restful as this!
We love Garrucha, Villaricos and Mojacar but have avoided the nudist beaches in Vera Playa!
Villa Bella is a real 'find'.
Do you do any price reductions for longer stays, say 4/6/8 weeks?

La urbanización esta muy bien. A 50 metros tienes un pub-restaurante con vistas a la piscina comunitaria inagurada en agosto de 2016. Al lado de la entrada del restaurante tienes un gimnasio bastante completo y muy nuevo también. Puedes pasear por la urbanización ya que cuenta con 2 rios artificiales y numerosos puentes de madera con muchos caminos, jardines y muchísima vegetación. Todo muy cuidado de momento. Además la entrada a la urbanización es segura ya que consta de miembros de seguridad y muchas camaras de vigilancia.

The development is very good. At 50 meters you have a pub-restaurant overlooking the communal pool inaugurated in August 2016. Beside the entrance to the restaurant you have a fairly complete gym and very new as well. You can wander around the urbanization and it has 2 artificial rivers and numerous wooden bridges with many paths, gardens and lots of vegetation. All very carefully at the moment.
Besides the entrance to the urbanization it is safe as it consists of many members of security and surveillance cameras.

Lovely villa in gated community, beautiful pool area with jacuzzi set in quiet area but within easy reach by car to Garucha, Vera and Mojacar Good choice for families

Beautiful well appointed, very clean, villa ideal for all the family (6 of us).The facilities are excellent. We had some memorable evenings around the bar area in the pool/jacuzzi garden. The area has plenty to offer in terms of places to visit, beaches and restaurants - a car is a must to take advantage of everything available in the area - our favorite town was Mojacar a lovely picturesque Almerian town in the mountains approx 20-25 mins away - best market was at Villaricos on Sunday mornings - vibrant atmosphere where churros and coffee at the local cafes is a must. The owner, Mark, was available before and during our stay and was extremely helpful - he did everything possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay at his Villa. May, the agent who lives on the complex was also available if we needed any help or advice. No hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa and would definitely consider booking it again.
